VoIP Internet telephony popular in Ireland
According to a research, 75 percent of respondents in Ireland have tried Voice over IP (VoIP) and 90 percent recognized VoIP as cost-effective.
According to a new research commissioned by Blueface, VoIP - using IP networks like the Internet to make phone calls - is making substantial inroads into Irish homes. It is good for a country to be equipped with the technology and better for the public to get benefited with it. Three out of four people have already tried VoIP, and most who do, stick with it.
As for Blueface, it is better than Skype, as it gives you the facility of using your own phone, as opposed to having to switch on a PC. In addition to it you can also get an Irish phone number and a 076 VoIP number to take calls from any Irish landline at local call rates.
The cheaper call rates may be the reason for the popularity of Internet telephony in Ireland. The quality of call and the ease of use have also improved in Ireland in just a few years and this led to the popularity of the Internet telephony.
Facilities packed services always attract the attention of the masses, as did happen to the masses of Ireland.
